Padstow Manor
A delightful blend of Cornish character with slated walls, exposed beams and charming features, skilfully blended by the architect owner into a contemporary, stylish holiday home.
A stone’s throw from Padstow, with all that has to offer, this property is peacefully situated in the heart of the nearby hamlet of St Issey. Enjoy a short stroll to the village pub, or enjoy the coffee shop – then make your plans for a day on the beach, or a boat trip perhaps?

Social spaces
The kitchen is a wonderfully large space for everyone to get involved in cooking – no excuses! A chef’s dream with 4 ovens, a pizza oven and Braii (barbecue grill). The woodturning stove adds a cosy feature and when lit casts a warm glow over the original stonework.
Adjacent to the kitchen the dining area is light filled from large bi-folds, perfect for folding back and enjoying the sunshine. There’s an outdoor kitchen and dining too, just a few steps above the courtyard.
Bedrooms
There are 12 beautiful bedrooms, each has its own bathroom, either ensuite or close by – very high-spec and contemporary. The bedrooms are decorated in soft and inviting colours giving you a peaceful, relaxing space. Add in the luxury beds and you’ll be fully recharged by morning.
There’s plenty of flexibility with the bed set up and a couple of extras if you arranged to have extra guests.
Fun Spaces
There’s plenty of room to relax and enjoy time with your group. The fire pit area is perfect for early evening drinks, or indoors on deep, squashy sofas in the panelled sitting room – enjoy the contemporary artwork too. The children get their own playroom with an entrance to the garden.
The bi-folds from the dining area lead out to the terrace and up to the sun lawn and outdoor dining area. Ideally placed for the Braa and close to the outdoor kitchen.
Hot tub & garden
After a day at the beach, enjoy the relaxation of the wood-fired hot tub, tucked to the side of the terrace. The garden is a sheltered, sun trap and the Mediterranean planting gives a subtle contrast to the ancient stone walls of the house. An added bonus is the secure bike storage at the house – we’d recommend bringing your bikes and enjoying a day cycling the Camel Trail, that snakes beside the picturesque estuary from Padstow to Wadebridge and beyond.
