The Big House Co now has the accreditation of EFQM after completing an eight month programme using the ‘excellence model’ set out by this organisation. The project involved numerous seminars and lectures and carrying out three improvement projects for the Big House Co covering areas of staff consultation, product innovation and a customer loyalty scheme. “Although it was quite time consuming the scheme allowed me to refocus on the business and actually push forward some good projects that will benefit our staff and our customers” said Peter.
